The research Area is oriented to develop studies in areas related to prenatal Medicine and Neonatology, to identify new maternal-fetal surgeries and to evaluate the applicability of new methodologies, interventional and non-interventional.

Among the methodologies studied, particular attention is paid to advanced cardiac Imaging techniques. The fetal, neonatal and cardiological Sciences research Area is also involved in developing artificial intelligence algorithms for the identification and development of the path indicated for the patient.
